Profile : Sinoben Group was established in the year 1997 by a group of young, dynamic professionals with diverse and in-depth experience at senior management positions both within the logistics industry as well as in the Shipping , Forwarding and general business community. While our Head Office is located in Chittagong we have set up Corporate Office in Dhaka and branch Office in Khulna, Bangladesh and through our up-country presence our client extends to all corners of Bangladesh just because of reliable and economical one window solution for all their Freight Forwarding , shipping and logistics needs from point of originate to drop of location with the best spirit, honesty, integrity and fairness. Few Specialty & Capability in our company services : We have been in International Freight Forwarding , Logistics & Shipping services since for almost three decades , gradually increasing & updating the performance of various services in order to meet the present & future demand maintaining international practices :

1) Various in-house permission & Licenses : We have our own valid Freight Forwarding License ( SCSL & SPUTNIK) & Shipping License issued by Bangladesh Custom & Port authority enable to facilitate our FF & Shipping activity smoothly there..
We have got Central Bank Permission for smooth Remittance Purposes for both Outward & Inward , also we are maintaining FC ( Foreign Currency USD account ) in a reputed Bank in our country..

2) Custom Brokerage License : You may be aware that like International practice Freight Forwarders in Bangladesh are not allowed yet to do Custom house brokerage activity, so most of the forwarders here can not perform various activity relates with Custom Brokerage & sometimes taking Support from Open Custom house Broker.In this context,We have our Own Custom house Brokerage license both at Chittagong port & Dhaka Airport , through which we are able to provide DDU , DDP , & EXW and Door to Door services smoothly..Our professionals are trained in the Custom procedures , Duty & Tax calculations , Update report and various Rules & Regulations from NBR , and we take full responsibility for the correct documentation to save time & money..
Since we maintain warm relation with various Authority & high officials in our country so we personally can collect various required Permission from CCI&E ( Chief Controller of Export & Import ) , NBR ( National Board of Revenue ) , Custom Authority & Central Bank in order to expedite day to day export / import job , Re-export Job , Trnshipment activity more smoothly…

3) Warehousing : Core strength of SINOBEN is our provision of private & contract bonded & non-bonded warehousing which is a present & future demand of wide range of customers. Sinoben determine the distribution configuration that best client & client’s customers distribution warehousing service requirements. We have two warehouses one in Chittagong near to Chittagong port which is 25,000 sq.ft in area & another one is near the Cargo terminal of Shah Jalal Int’l Airport, Dhaka area of which is 15,000 Sq.Ft.

Apart from regular cargo Stuffing & unstuffing , Customer’s necessity is increasing day by day with various special operandi , the core requirement is consolidation with various suppliers cargo to one Consignee , re-packing , re-labeling , segregation of cargo according to PO , COLOR , SIZE etc , storing of cargo for long & short times , all these special services we are rendering our valued customers through our warehouse facility. In these warehouses we provide customer wise strict confidentiality, security by trained personals & monitoring every moments work-flow by 24/7 hours CCTV..Our operational teams are active in the warehouse in whole day – night with three shifts duty basis..

4) Inland transportation :At SINOBEN we do our best to transport goods across the Ocean and from the port / Door to the final dstn / delivery point in the quickest , safest & effective ways..We have our own fleets of Truck , Covered van , Normal Trailer & Prime mover , Flat & Low Bed Trailer in order to carry Goods from Port to Customers Door as well as Door to our CFS & Port delivery point. Our own Inland transportation services allow us to perform DDU , DDP , EXW & Door to Door services smoothly & effectively there..
Recently we have included 2 nos of barges in our inland Transport Fleets in order to reach & deliver the cargo to the most remote / land locked area in our country..In this regards you might be aware that there are so many Small Rivers & Canals are spread in our whole country where there are no road communication…

5) Project cargo Handling : We at SINOBEN CARGO SYSTEM LTD is Capable & efficient in handling all types of project cargoes , equipment’s to / from Bangladesh & World-wide countries both by Ocean & Air. Our Project cargo team is able to customize a transport solution to meet your specific needs whether you are looking to transport complete Industrial Plants from various global locations to remote construction sites or individual heady lifts. Following are our few Completed, on-going & upcoming Project activity for your kind gesture:

a) Handled various types of Container & Bulk cargo / of a 450 MW power plant came from Italy to Bangladesh with 820 containers consisting 40’HC,OT,FR containers. Some are Bulk consignment , we have arranged shipments from Italy to Chittagong , Custom Clearance at Chittagong Port & arranged transportation from Chittagong port to Project site ( 230 KM away from port)..

b) We have recently handled few project equipment’s ( Installation Equipment , crane , excavator etc ) of Dhaka Metro Rail Project under Tokyo construction ltd., Dhaka. We have arranged all the required permission from various Govt authorities. have done the Custom clearance of total Project goods volume of 1200 tons & arranged transportation from Chittagong port to Project site , during this transportation we had to organize & arranged very special types of movement. We have also done the total re-export procedure of these equipment’s back to Japan..

c) We have some regular Customer who are importing Various types of Generator, Transformer, Steel Structures for Industry use from Italy,Spain,UK,Japan, China & Korea to Bangladesh & we are arranging all these Shipping from origin to Chittagong & arranging Door delivery by using heavy Vehicles & Barges...

d) We are arranging transportation , Custom Brokerage at Chittagong custom & arranging alongside door delivery ( 180KM away from ctg port ) of various equipment of a Cement Factory in Bangladesh..

e) Handling , custom brokerage & arranging along site door delivery of various heavy equipment , Steel structure , heavy Bim , transformer of Metro rail Project & Underground Sea Tunnel Project in our country ( These are on going project)

f) We have handled In / out Air shipment of various Air-craft parts of Engine & other equipment belongs to Bangladesh Air-Force , we use to send defective item to Ukraine & handled repaired Item from Ukraine to Dhaka , we are doing this business since from last 15 years..

g) Under negotiation for handling various Equipment of Dhaka Airport Third terminal project , Matharbari Deep sea project & Sirajgonj Combined cycle power plant project…

h) We have just ( last week) completed handling a Project of TOA Corporation , Japan, for Metro rail Line-5, there were few heavy Equipment for which we had to provide Custom re-exportation / transportation , loading & lashing facility.
