This policy explains what information INDLOG NETWORK (operated by MFA Network INC) collects when you use our platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Registration: company name, contact person, email, phone, address, website, service type, and the password you set
- Directory enquiries & contact form: your name, email, phone, and message when you contact a member or reach out to us directly
- Billing: invoice and payment records — payment card details themselves are handled by our payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal) and are not stored on our servers
Information collected automatically
- Standard technical data such as IP address and browser information, used for security purposes (for example, rate-limiting form submissions to prevent abuse)
How We Use Your Information
- To review and verify membership applications
- To display your approved company profile in the public directory
- To deliver enquiries from prospective business contacts to your member dashboard and email, once the sender verifies their email address
- To send transactional emails — approval notices, invoices, payment confirmations, password resets, and responses to messages you send us
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of the platform
How We Share Information
- Public directory: your company name, logo, address, website, and service type are shown publicly once your listing is approved — this is the core function of the platform
- Enquiries: when someone submits a verified enquiry about your company, we share their name, email, phone, and message with you
- Payment processors: Razorpay and PayPal receive the information necessary to process a payment, governed by their own privacy policies
- Email delivery: transactional emails are sent via our SMTP provider (Brevo) solely to deliver the emails described above
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain account and directory information for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Enquiry messages are retained as part of your communication history within the platform.
Data Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt) — we cannot see or recover your actual password. Access to admin functions requires authentication, and sensitive actions are protected against cross-site request forgery and automated abuse.
Your Rights
You can review and update most of your information directly from your member dashboard. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, contact us at admin@indlognetwork.com. Note that some information may be retained where we have a legal or legitimate business reason to do so (for example, financial records related to completed transactions).
Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for business use by companies and professionals, not individual consumers, and is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
