Refund Policy — INDLOG NETWORK

Membership Fees

INDLOG NETWORK membership is billed annually based on your selected service type:

Service	USD	INR
Freight Forwarder	$100 / year	₹8,000 / year
NVOCC / Tank Container / Buying & Selling Container	$150 / year	₹12,000 / year
Both	$200 / year	₹15,000 / year

Before Approval

Full refund, automatically. If your application does not pass our verification process and is rejected, any fee already paid is refunded in full, with no action required on your part.

After Approval & Activation

Once your membership is approved and your directory listing goes live, the annual fee for that term is non-refundable. This reflects the cost of the ongoing verification, hosting, and directory placement your listing receives for the full term.

You're welcome to cancel auto-renewal at any time — your listing simply remains active until the end of your current paid term and won't be billed again.

Cancelling Auto-Renewal

To cancel renewal, contact us at admin@indlognetwork.com or through the Contact Us page before your renewal date. There's no cancellation fee.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Razorpay, PayPal, or the bank account used for an offline transfer)
Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
For offline bank transfers, refunds are made via bank transfer to the account the payment originated from

Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

If you believe you were charged in error or made a duplicate payment, contact us immediately with your invoice number — these are corrected promptly regardless of membership status.
