Why We Verify
Every company on the INDLOG NETWORK directory is reviewed before it goes live. This is what keeps the directory trustworthy — freight forwarders and NVOCCs use it specifically because they can trust that the companies listed are real, operating businesses in the industry.
How Verification Works
- Application submitted. A company completes our registration form with their company details, service type (Freight Forwarder, NVOCC, or Both), contact information, and address.
- Manual review. Our team reviews every application individually — checking the company details provided and confirming the business appears to be a legitimate, operating freight or logistics company.
- Decision. Applications are either approved, in which case the company's profile goes live in the public directory and login credentials are activated, or rejected, in which case the applicant is notified and may re-apply with corrected information.
- Ongoing standing. A member's directory listing can be suspended at any time if we receive credible reports of fraudulent activity, non-responsiveness, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
What We Check
- Company name, address, and contact details are complete and plausible
- The declared service type (Freight Forwarder / NVOCC) matches the company's stated business
- The company website (if provided) is live and consistent with the application
- No prior history of confirmed fraud reports against the same company or contact
Verification is a good-faith review process, not a formal audit or credit check. INDLOG NETWORK does not guarantee the financial standing, creditworthiness, or performance of any listed member — always exercise standard commercial due diligence before entering into agreements with any company you find through the directory.
Keeping Your Listing Accurate
Members are responsible for keeping their profile information current. You can update your company details, logo, and service type at any time from your member dashboard. Significant changes to your business (ownership, service type, or contact details) should be reflected promptly.
Reporting a Concern
If you believe a listed member is misrepresenting their business or engaging in fraudulent conduct, please contact us with details. We investigate all reports and may suspend a listing pending review.
